Andiova helps sellers generate checkout links from WhatsApp, collect buyer details, attach forms or access links, receive payment-related notifications, and track payout readiness.

The platform may expand over time to include dashboards, additional channels, account access, and other business tools.

Sellers are responsible for the products, services, events, courses, files, links, descriptions, prices, buyer instructions, and delivery promises they create or share through the platform.

Sellers must not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing payment details, product descriptions, seller instructions, and external forms before making payment or submitting information.

Buyers should contact the seller or support if they notice incorrect payment details or suspicious activity.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment infrastructure. Availability of payment methods may depend on provider support, location, compliance checks, and technical availability.

Payouts may require business verification, bank account confirmation, transaction PIN setup, sufficient wallet balance, and other readiness checks.

Payout timing, approval, reversal, or restriction may depend on operational review, payment provider rules, risk checks, or compliance requirements.

Sellers may add Google Forms, external forms, WhatsApp group links, Telegram links, meeting links, download links, or other access links.

Andiova is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or availability of external websites, forms, or links added by sellers.

Users are responsible for keeping their phone number, email, device, transaction PIN, and business access secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact support as soon as possible.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, provider, or third-party service.

Features may change, improve, pause, or be removed as the product develops.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Andiova will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, failed seller promises, buyer disputes, or issues caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms of Service as the product grows. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
